Job summary

Everon is seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to perform routine and emergency service calls, troubleshoot, replace and repair equipment, and train junior technicians. You will ensure quality customer support, test systems, and manage stock while documenting hours and tasks.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of experience, mastery knowledge of intrusion, fire, CCTV, intercom, and access control systems, and a valid driver's license with the ability to travel on short notice.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Vocational Training.
• 3+ years of experience in field service.
• Mastery knowledge of troubleshooting intrusion, fire, CCTV, intercom and access control systems.
• Working knowledge of local/national codes.
• Mastery knowledge of test equipment (multimeters, analyzers, meters).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass drug screening.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics in English.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine and emergency service calls and repairs.
• Proctors, coaches, and teaches others when needed.
• Provides reliable customer support and operation instruction.
• Performs system testing and signal verification.
• Maintains truck stock and inventories.
• Documents service hours and tasks promptly.
