Job summary

Everon is seeking a dedicated Field Service Technician to perform routine and emergency service calls, troubleshoot and repair equipment, and provide superior customer support. You will instruct customers on system operation, conduct system testing, and verify signals, while maintaining truck inventory and documenting work hours for every job.

Qualifications

• Must present proof of ability to legally work in the United States.
• Minimum of High School Diploma/Vocational Training.
• Must have one or more years of experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to clear a drug screening in accordance with company policy and applicable law.
• Requires 50% to 75% proficiency in Everon’s Tier 1 product offerings.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine and emergency service calls, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Provides reliable, high quality customer support and instruction.
• Performs system testing and signal verification.
• Maintains truck stock/inventory of equipment and tools.
• Organizes technical resources to ensure efficient execution of tasks.
• Ensures progress and completion of assigned tasks.
• Documents service performed and hours worked.
• Completes required task-related activities and productivity documentation promptly.
• Completes other projects to manager and customer satisfaction as assigned.
• Must be able to travel on short notice and drive a vehicle for extended periods.
