Job summary

Brothers PKS Paving LLC seeks a Commercial Sales Representative to identify, develop, and maintain client relationships in the construction and paving industry. You will drive revenue by understanding client needs, presenting capabilities, and negotiating contracts from bid to close.

The role requires strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, plus a proactive approach to build long-term partnerships and a robust sales pipeline across assigned accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant past experience in sales.
• Experience selling construction services, asphalt or concrete preferred.
• Ability to sell to Manager and Director levels.
• Experience managing entire project cycle from start to close.
• Strategic in finding new business using technical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Engage new and existing clients to expand value of current portfolio.
• Develop and maintain relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaborate with estimating, operations, and PM teams to prepare competitive proposals.
• Present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and attend industry events.
