SERVPRO Franchise in New Jersey seeks a Commercial Sales Representative to promote and sell SERVPRO services in the assigned territory, build the commercial customer base, and meet or exceed sales goals.

You will engage prospects through marketing materials, attend events, and develop relationships with COIs such as insurance and property management partners. A 2+ year B2B sales track record and a professional, customer-focused approach are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of progressively responsible B2B sales experience.
• Experience with commercial sales and marketing within the service sector.
• Experience and connections to the insurance, property management, emergency services industries preferred.
• Superb sales, customer service, administrative, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong business and financial background with a results-driven attitude.
• Experience in commercial cleaning/restoration or insurance industry desired.
• Working knowledge of current business software technologies is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business or equivalent experience.
• Background check per applicable law.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales quota by executing the full sales cycle and closing appointments.
• Complete Emergency Ready Profiles (ERPs) and discuss benefits of preparation.
• Build commercial customer relationships and educate why SERVPRO is the leading cleanup & restoration company.
• Develop COIs and target the Top 25 contacts to convert into clients.
• Provide accurate pretesting, scoping, and job estimates.
• Attend and promote marketing, networking, and continuing education events.
