SERVPRO Franchise Cleveland is seeking a Priority Responder to promote and sell franchise services in the assigned territory, with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales goals.

You will build and develop a robust commercial customer base, leveraging SERVPRO marketing materials and a systematic business development process. A strong sales background, self-motivation, and excellent communication skills are essential to thrive in this role.

Qualifikationen

• Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a B2B sales environment.
• Progressively responsible B2B sales experience.
• Experience with estimating software Xactimate and Symbility is desirable.
• IICRC certifications are desirable.
• Experience in commercial sales and marketing.

Aufgaben

• Meet or exceed sales quota by executing the sales cycle and setting up closing appointments.
• Complete Emergency Ready Profiles (ERPs) and discuss benefits of event preparation.
• Build commercial relationships and educate clients on SERVPRO’s leadership in the cleaning/restoration industry.
• Provide clear pretesting, scoping of services, and accurate job estimates.
• Monitor loss activity and generate opportunities through proactive outreach.
• Attend marketing events and coordinate continuing education sessions.
• Conduct daily marketing contacts and one-on-one meetings with COIs to drive referrals.
• Increase territory revenue by consistently achieving sales targets.
