ServiceMaster Restoration in New Jersey is seeking a motivated Sales & Business Development Representative to drive new business, build long-term relationships with commercial clients and insurance professionals, and expand our presence in the disaster restoration market.

You will manage sales activities through a CRM, meet with insurance agents and property owners, and collaborate with operations to ensure a positive customer experience while pursuing established revenue targets.

Competenze

• Experience in outside sales, business development, or account management preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Basic understanding of CRM software, including entering contacts and tracking sales activities.
• Ability to work independently and follow up with prospective clients.

Mansioni

• Develop and maintain relationships with insurance agents, brokers, and commercial clients.
• Identify and pursue new commercial restoration opportunities.
• Generate business through prospecting, referrals, and client visits.
• Promote restoration services, including water, fire, mold, storm, and reconstruction.
