Job summary

SERVPRO of Chesterfield, Richmond, Chesapeake, and Hampton is seeking a Commercial Sales Representative to drive revenue growth in the commercial restoration market. You will build strong client relationships, educate clients on SERVPRO advantages, and expand our commercial restoration services.

The role requires proactive selling, a focus on customer service, and a track record of achieving sales targets within a structured pipeline. Competitive compensation and robust benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of two years B2B sales experience
• Experience in commercial property, cleaning, restoration, or insurance industry is preferred.
• Strong process and results driven attitude.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target commercial clients effectively educating them about the advantages of using SERVPRO.
• Build, maintain and strengthen relationships with commercial properties, and other potential clients in our sales territory and seek leads to ensure revenue growth.
• Increase brand awareness by participating in marketing events such as professional associations, lunch-and-learns, and continuing education (CE) classes.
• Maintain an organized and up-to-date pipeline of leads and opportunities through effective sales strategies and networking.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
• Increase sales territory revenue by consistently achieving and exceeding sales territory goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
