Job summary

Servpro Industries, Inc. in Cleveland seeks a proactive Priority Responder to promote and sell SERVPRO services in an assigned territory, build a commercial client base, and meet or exceed sales goals.

You will use a systematic business development process and resources like Emergency Ready Profiles and marketing materials to drive growth. The ideal candidate has self-motivation, B2B sales experience, excellent communication, and the ability to supervise and multi-task in challenging situations.

Qualifications

• Self-driven and motivated
• Progressively responsible business-to-business sales experience desired
• Experience with Xactimate and Symbility is desired
• IICRC Certifications are desired
• Experience with commercial sales and marketing
• Superb sales, customer service, administrative, verbal, and written communication skills
• Strong business and financial background and results-driven attitude
• Experience in commercial cleaning/mitigation, construction, or insurance industry is desired
• Ability to pass background check and pre-employment drug test
• Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed assigned sales quota by executing the sales cycle, setting up closing appointments, maintaining contact lists, participating in professional associations, providing lunch-and-learns, and promoting continuing education courses
• Complete Emergency Ready Profiles (ERPs) and discuss benefits of emergency event preparation
• Build commercial customer relationships and rapport by educating them on SERVPRO® advantages
• Provide and communicate clear pretesting, scoping of services, and job estimates
• Monitor loss activity and respond to generate work opportunities
• Attend, coordinate, and promote marketing, networking, and continuing education events
• Conduct objective-to-objective daily marketing contacts
• Provide owners and marketing managers with meetings to encourage SERVPRO referrals
• Increase sales territory revenue by achieving territory goals
• Mandatory On Call Rotation for After Hour Calls
