Job summary

ServiceMaster Restoration in New Jersey seeks a motivated Sales & Business Development Representative to cultivate new commercial accounts, develop relationships with insurance professionals, and expand our disaster restoration services.

The role emphasizes field outreach, CRM-driven activity tracking, and meeting sales goals, with a base salary plus commission and opportunities for professional growth. Travel and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales or business development is preferred.
• Understanding of restoration, insurance, or property management industries is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with insurance agents, brokers, property managers, facility managers, and commercial owners.
• Identify and pursue new commercial restoration opportunities.
• Generate business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and client visits.
• Promote emergency restoration services including water, fire, mold, storm damage, and reconstruction.
• Schedule and participate in client meetings, presentations, and networking events.
• Track leads, contacts, follow-ups, and sales activities using the CRM platform.
