Job summary

Rentokil is seeking Account Executives to sell pest management services to commercial customers across multiple industries. You will join a results-oriented team and complete a comprehensive training program to learn Rentokil’s offerings.

Responsibilities include prospecting, cold calling, surveying buildings for pest issues, proposing tailored solutions, and developing territory growth plans to exceed targets. Travel within the territory is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Two years of B2B sales experience preferred, with prospecting skills (cold calling, lead generation, networking).
• Self-motivated hunter mentality and ability to work independently.
• Must obtain required industry licenses (provided and paid for by the company).
• Travel up to 100% within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross-selling.
• Visually inspect and assess client facilities and sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance for commercial customers.
• Develop territory strategies to exceed sales targets and maintain knowledge of Rentokil’s programs and pricing policies.
• Build partnerships across internal departments to maximize growth opportunities and ensure exceptional service.
