Rentokil is seeking a results-driven Account Executive to sell pest management services to commercial clients across multiple industries. You will learn our programs, conduct inspections, and turn findings into proposals and sales, building strong client relationships and exceeding targets.

The role demands strong communication, a hunter’s mindset, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Travel within assigned territory is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Two years of B2B sales experience preferred, with prospecting skills.

Responsabilités

• Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross-selling.
• Visually inspect buildings for pests; sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance for commercial customers.
• Craft territory development strategies to exceed sales targets.
• Learn Rentokil programs, pricing policies, and service offerings.
• Collaborate with internal departments to maximize growth and ensure delivery of service solutions.
• Record daily activities and sales performance in the CRM.
