Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a results-driven Account Executive to sell pest management services to commercial customers. You will join a training-focused program and develop skills to identify infestations, present proposals, and close sales across hospitality, food & beverage, healthcare, and retail sectors.

The role emphasizes building relationships, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver outstanding service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver's license from your state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Preferred two years of B2B sales experience with prospecting skills (cold calling, lead generation, networking).
• Self-motivated hunter mentality with the ability to work independently.
• Travel up to 100% within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross-selling
• Visually inspect buildings for pests and sell pest control solutions to commercial customers
• Craft territory development strategies to exceed sales targets
• Learn Rentokil's programs, pricing policies, and service offerings
• Collaborate with internal departments to maximize growth opportunities and ensure service delivery
• Complete daily activities and sales performance using the company CRM
