Job summary

Terminix, part of the Rentokil family, seeks an Account Executive to drive growth selling pest control solutions to commercial clients. You’ll learn Rentokil programs, craft strategies, and build cross-department partnerships to deliver outstanding service.

The role emphasizes cold calling, prospecting, and presenting proposals to diverse sectors, including hospitality and retail, with a strong focus on meeting targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver’s license from your current state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Preferred two years of experience in B2B sales; prospecting skills desired.
• Self-motivated, hunter’s mentality with ability to work independently.
• Will be required to obtain industry licenses provided and paid by the company.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross-selling.
• Visually inspect buildings for pests and sell pest control solutions and preventive maintenance for commercial customers.
• Craft territory development strategies to exceed sales targets.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of Rentokil’s programs, pricing policies, and service offerings.
• Build partnerships with internal departments to maximize growth and ensure excellent service.
