Job summary

Terminix in Absecon, NJ seeks an Account Executive to sell Commercial Pest Management services to new and existing customers across hospitality, food & beverage, healthcare, and retail sectors. You will learn pest identification, then develop proposals and presentations to drive sales.

You will join a results-driven environment with a structured training program and opportunities for growth, while working with a broad portfolio and a strong customer focus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver’s license from your state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Preferred two years of experience in B2B sales—prospecting skills (cold calling, lead generation, networking).
• Self-motivated, hunter’s mentality with the ability to work independently.
• Will be required to obtain any required industry licenses that will be provided and paid for by the company.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory(s).

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross-selling.
• Visually inspect buildings for pests and sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance for Commercial customers.
• Craft territory development strategies to exceed sales targets.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of Rentokil’s programs, protocols, pricing, and services.
• Build partnerships with internal departments to maximize growth opportunities.
• Complete daily activities and sales performance using the company sales CRM.
