Job summary

Terminix in Hamilton, NJ seeks an Account Executive to sell pest management services to commercial customers. You will develop a pipeline, present solutions, and close opportunities through a structured training program and a results-driven environment.

You will rotate through hospitality, healthcare, and retail segments while building partnerships with internal teams to maximize growth and ensure excellent service. A strong hunter mindset and travel within the territory are required.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in B2B sales is preferred.
• Must have strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel in the territory.

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross-selling.
• Visually inspect buildings for pests and present pest control solutions to commercial customers.
• Craft territory development strategies to exceed sales targets.
• Learn Rentokil’s programs, pricing, and service offerings and apply them in proposals.
