National Exchange Bank & Trust in Wisconsin is hiring a Commercial Loan Coordinator to support a team of commercial lenders with loan requests, documentation, and portfolio management. This role emphasizes communication with internal and external customers and attention to detail under tight deadlines.

You will track loan progress, assist with pipeline reporting, and help ensure compliance with banking regulations.

Qualifications

• Confidentiality of customer and bank information.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree in finance, accounting, business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Prior exposure to commercial loan processing.
• 18–24 months of on-the-job training to become familiar with loan systems and procedures.

Responsabilités

• Assist with loan requests and manage current loan portfolio.
• Prepare loan documentation and communicate with internal/external customers.
• Track loan progress and perform pipeline management and reporting.
