Responsibilities

• Confirm loan approval authority and review loan transactions.
• Process and prepare loan documents for closing and ensure completeness.
• Review credit files and obtain additional documentation for underwriting.
• Review loan documents, LTV and policy worksheets for accuracy.
• Balance wires and prepare general ledger tickets for disbursement.
• Process post-closing tasks and coordinate with title company.
• Maintain procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and bank policies.
• Greet visitors and manage Loan Servicing Receptionist duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
