National Exchange Bank & Trust in Wisconsin is hiring a Commercial Loan Coordinator to support a team of commercial lenders with loan requests, documentation, and portfolio management. This role emphasizes communication with internal and external customers and attention to detail under tight deadlines.

You will track loan progress, assist with pipeline reporting, and help ensure compliance with banking regulations.

Qualifications

• Confidentiality of customer and bank information.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree in finance, accounting, business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Prior exposure to commercial loan processing.
• 18–24 months of on-the-job training to become familiar with loan systems and procedures.

Position Summary

As a Commercial Loan Coordinator, you will work with a group of assigned commercial lenders to assist with loan requests, management of current loan portfolio, and preparation of loan documentation. You will also be expected to provide excellent communication to internal and external customers, possess a high level of interpersonal skills to build relationships with your team and assigned lenders, as well as attention to detail regarding loan requests and completion. Other duties will include tracking and reporting loan progress and pipeline management.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:

• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion of customer and bank information.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business or related field, or equivalent experience required.
• Prior exposure to commercial loan processing is required.
• Approximately 18-24 months of on-the-job training to become familiar with established loan systems and procedures.
