Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a four-year college or university.
• 5 years related experience in sales, financial analysis and lending.
• Established track record in cultivating relationships over time.
• Active involvement in community networks to generate new business.
• Ability to prioritize work to maintain quality service standards.

Responsibilities

• Make regular business development calls to solicit and sell business loan solutions, depository accounts and other bank products.
• Generate commercial loans through personal contacts and referrals; collaborate with other bank employees.
• Manage existing portfolio timely for financial statements, renewals, annual reviews, etc.
• Have in-depth knowledge of deposit and lending products for businesses.
• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the local market.
