WNB Financial, N.A. is seeking a detail-oriented loan support professional in Wisconsin to assemble and process commercial loan documents, upload loans into the core system, and finalize closings.

The role handles payments, collateral tracking, and client inquiries while complying with federal and state regulations. The position emphasizes accuracy, timely communication, and professional service via in-person, phone, and email interactions.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ year of customer service or administrative experience in the banking industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to handle confidential information.
• Proficient data entry, typing and basic math skills.

Mansioni

• Prepare and order all necessary loan documentation.
• Assemble and scan commercial loan files.
• Upload new loans, renewals, and participations into core system.
• Process and post payments and advances; prepare wire requests.
• Complete loan maintenance and loan read back.
• Update collateral tracking; monitor insurance documents and UCC filings.
• Prepare and send paid-off loan correspondence and documentation.
• Close and organize loan files.
• Provide service in person, on the telephone, and through email.
• Participate in training and development opportunities.
