Job summary

National Exchange Bank & Trust is seeking a Commercial Loan Coordinator I in Fond du Lac, WI to assist commercial lenders with loan requests, manage the loan portfolio, and prepare documentation. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to work under pressure.

You will support loan processing, track progress, and communicate effectively with internal and external customers to ensure timely, accurate loan delivery.

Qualifications

• Maintain confidentiality and discretion of customer and bank information.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business or related field, or equivalent experience required.
• Prior exposure to commercial loan processing is required.

Position Summary

As a Commercial Loan Coordinator, you will work with a group of assigned commercial lenders to assist with loan requests, management of current loan portfolio, and preparation of loan documentation. You will also be expected to provide excellent communication to internal and external customers, possess a high level of interpersonal skills to build relationships with your team and assigned lenders, as well as attention to detail regarding loan requests and completion. Other duties will include tracking and reporting loan progress and pipeline management.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:

• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion of customer and bank information.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business or related field, or equivalent experience required.
• Prior exposure to commercial loan processing is required.
• Approximately18-24 months of on-the-job training to become familiar with established loan systems and procedures.
