Premier Community Bank in Wisconsin is seeking a Commercial Loan Coordinator to support our lending team with loan documentation, closings, and file maintenance. You will serve as a point of contact for borrowers and coordinate with attorneys, title companies, and staff to ensure a smooth funding process.

The role also covers post-closing reviews and support for renewals and modifications, requiring a detail-oriented, client-focused attitude and experience in banking operations.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3 years of banking or loan operations support experience required.
• Experience with commercial loan documentation and terminology.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with loan files, applications, and supporting documentation.
• Serve as primary contact for borrower inquiries on loan documentation and status.
• Organize closing documentation packets and ensure conditions are met prior to funding.
• Coordinate closings with borrowers, attorneys, title companies, and staff.
• Assist post-closing review to ensure documents are executed and audit-ready.
• Support loan renewals, modifications, extensions, and annual reviews.
