Mascoma Bank is seeking a proactive Commercial Lending Administrative Support specialist to assist lenders and borrowers through the loan process, ensuring documentation, timelines and compliance. You will coordinate borrower documents, support communications among lenders, credit administration and attorneys, while maintaining confidentiality and delivering excellent service.

This role also handles scheduling, file maintenance, and helps with closings, delinquency monitoring, and collateral

Formación

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in banking, lending support, or paralegal work preferred.
• Strong MS Office skills and typing proficiency.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.
• Professional presence aligned with bank standards.

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative and operational support to commercial lenders.
• Coordinate borrower documentation and communications between lenders and credit administration.
• Support customer relationships with scheduling and information gathering.
• Maintain credit files, documentation, delinquency monitoring, and collateral tracking.
• Assist with questions on payments and loan details.
• Coordinate and support commercial loan closings and scheduling.
• Collaborate with attorneys, brokers, and internal teams on complex transactions.
• Manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines with excellent service.
