Job summary

Associated Bank is seeking an administrative professional to support a Commercial/Private Banking team with loan documentation, deposit activity, and client service.

You will coordinate openings, maintenance, and regulatory compliance while partnering with Relationship Managers and Private Bankers to support portfolio administration and client experience. This role offers exposure to complex commercial relationships and opportunities to grow banking expertise.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of banking or office experience with knowledge of commercial/business banking products and loan documentation.
• Experience supporting Commercial or Private Banking teams is preferred.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage commercial loan documentation, closings, and ongoing maintenance to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with Relationship Managers, Portfolio Managers, and Private Bankers to support portfolio administration and risk management.
• Serve as a primary liaison between clients, sales teams, operations, and external partners to resolve complex inquiries.
• Process deposit and loan account activities, including account openings, maintenance, and service requests using internal systems.
• Collect required financial documentation from clients and coordinate timely submission to Credit Operations.
• Provide administrative and sales support, including reporting, scheduling, pipeline tracking, and preparation of client materials.
