Qualifications

• 2+ years of banking experience
• Commercial lending support experience preferred
• Knowledge of loan documentation, processing, and servicing
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to Commercial Lenders throughout origination and servicing
• Prepare loan worksheets and assist with processing, closing, booking, and maintenance
• Collect, review, and organize loan documentation
• Ensure loan files are complete and compliant with policies and regulations
• Coordinate with attorneys, title companies, appraisers, and other third parties to close loans
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding loan processing and servicing
• Support relationship-building and cross-sell banking products
