Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience with commercial lending documentation.
• Knowledge of commercial lending, loan closings, and loan booking process.
• Familiarity with loan documentation systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent verbal and written business communication skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship-management skills.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between Lender, Credit, Loan Processing and Loan Servicing teams from intake through closing.
• Provide administrative and operational support to one or more Business Development Officers.
• Handle daily client communications and coordinate documentation requests.
• Assist with new loan requests including intake steps and loan write-ups.
• Attend Loan Committee meetings and support follow-up actions.
• Coordinate third-party services such as appraisals and title work; review related docs for accuracy.
• Work with Loan Processing to ensure underwriting and closing conditions are met.
