Job summary

Mascoma Bank is seeking a proactive Commercial Lending Administrative Support specialist to assist lenders and borrowers through the loan process, ensuring documentation, timelines and compliance. You will coordinate borrower documents, support communications among lenders, credit administration and attorneys, while maintaining confidentiality and delivering excellent service.

This role also handles scheduling, file maintenance, and helps with closings, delinquency monitoring, and collateral

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in banking, lending support, or paralegal work preferred.
• Strong MS Office skills and typing proficiency.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.

What you'll do

What you'll bring

• Minimum of 2+ years of banking, lending support, or paralegal experience preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel) and typing proficiency.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.
• Professional presence aligned with Bank standards.
