HUB International is seeking an Account Manager II to handle a more complex insurance book, delivering professional service to clients, carriers, underwriters and partners. You may work independently or with a Producer to support client advocacy, retention, and renewal processes.

This role emphasizes excellent client service, collaboration with teammates, and maintaining accurate records while negotiating terms with underwriters.

Formación

• Four or more years insurance brokerage or P&C account management experience.
• P&C license required with CE credits current.
• Advanced professional designation desirable (AAI/ARM/CIC).

Responsabilidades

• Service day-to-day client needs including coverage questions, policy changes, payments, and cancellations.
• Manage renewal process including information, marketing, pricing, quotes, and invoicing.
• Review quotes to ensure all insurance requirements are included.
• Maintain client relationships and drive client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Associate Account Managers to balance workload and progress.
• Negotiate coverage with underwriters to achieve favorable terms.
• Prepare proposals, binding of coverage, and client policy summaries/binders.
• Set up and maintain electronic records and compliant files.
