Job summary

HUB International is seeking an Account Manager to manage a book of insurance business and provide professional, courteous service to clients, carrier representatives, underwriters, and partners. You will support Producers/Account Executives to obtain, maintain, and expand business.

Requires 2–5 years in the insurance industry, a High School Diploma/GED, and a Property & Casualty license. Strong communication, relationship building, and analytical skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Property & Casualty license required or in process.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally with clients, carriers, and colleagues.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and agency management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of insurance business and provide professional service to clients, carriers, underwriters, and partners.
• Support Producers and/or Account Executives in obtaining, maintaining, and expanding business.
• Prepare transactions, paperwork, and internal processing; maintain accurate client files and data in systems.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities and coordinate client meetings and renewals.
