Job summary

HUB International is seeking an Account Manager to oversee a book of insurance business, delivering professional, courteous service to clients, carrier representatives, underwriters and HUB colleagues. The role may be performed independently, with a Producer, or as part of a team to provide client advocacy, client retention and write new accounts or lines of coverage.

Responsibilities include renewal management, quote reviews, and ensuring accuracy of proposals, binders and client summaries.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• P & C Insurance Producer License preferred.
• 2–5 years insurance brokerage/account management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Service day to day client needs including coverage questions and policy changes.
• Manage renewal processes: information gathering, terms, pricing, quotes and invoicing.
• Review quote documents to ensure all insurance requirements are included.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Associate Account Managers to balance workload.
• Liaise with underwriters to negotiate coverage and outcomes.
• Prepare proposals, binders and client policy summaries.
