Job summary

HUB International is seeking an Account Executive II to manage and grow an assigned book of business. You will build strong client relationships, provide proactive, consultative service, and partner with Producers to design programs, negotiate with carriers, and coordinate risk control.

This role supports account teams across specialty practices and high-revenue books, driving client outcomes and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of insurance industry experience (brokage preferred) or equivalent
• Property & Causality License required
• Background in a specialty practice highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary consultant to the client on assigned accounts and oversee account management
• Partner with Producers to obtain, maintain, and expand business
• Coordinate delivery of HUB services including stewardship reports and client communications
• Lead and mentor Account Team members to strengthen service delivery
• Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities and manage client relationships
