Job summary

HUB International is seeking an Account Manager to oversee a book of insurance business, delivering professional service to clients, carriers, and HUB colleagues. The role emphasizes independent discretion, retention, and collaboration with Producers to grow accounts.

You will engage in client meetings, analyze plans, stay current on industry changes, and support renewal processes while maintaining data accuracy across HUB systems. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; AA and/or college degree preferred.
• Licensed in good standing in required lines and states.
• Current CE credits in required lines and states.
• Advanced professional designation (e.g., AAI, ARM, CIC) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Makes major decisions on books of insurance business with limited manager approval.
• Works with Producers on client service, marketing, and renewal activities.
• Oversees transactions, paperwork, and processing for assigned accounts.
• Assesses clients’ objectives and analyzes plans for suitability.
• Maintains data accuracy across HUB systems and supports renewal efforts.
