Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Service day to day client needs including calls, email, and coverage questions.
• Manage client renewal process including information gathering, pricing, quote reviews, and invoicing.
• Review quote documents to ensure required coverages are included.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with underwriters to negotiate coverage and ensure positive outcomes.
• Prepare proposals, binders, and client policy summaries.
