Job summary

HUB International in Pasco, WA is seeking an Account Manager I to handle a book of insurance business and provide professional service to clients, carrier reps, underwriters, and colleagues. You may work independently or with a Producer to support client advocacy, retention, and new accounts as needed.

The role requires at least 2 years in insurance brokerage/account management, a P&C license, and CE credits. Training and growth opportunities are highlighted in a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in insurance brokerage or property casualty account management preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• P&C Producer license and CE credits current in required lines/states.

Responsibilities

• Serve day-to-day client needs via phone, email, and other channels.
• Execute client renewal processes including marketing, pricing, and invoicing.
• Review quotes to ensure insurance requirements are met.
• Maintain client relationships and coordinate with underwriters.
• Delegate work to Associate Account Managers to balance workload.
