Qualifications

• 4+ years in commercial HVAC sales.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business is a plus.
• Proven success in sales in complex environments.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new commercial, industrial, and institutional accounts through outreach and relationships.
• Cold call prospective customers to generate leads and opportunities.
• Sell to C-level executives and technical buyers with tailored messaging.
• Develop relationships with owners, facility managers, engineers, and management companies.
• Estimate, bid, propose, negotiate, and close contracts at qualified margins.
• Identify key decision makers and tailor solutions to their needs.
• Sell service repairs, retrofit projects, and energy solutions.
• Prepare accurate proposals and deliver persuasive sales presentations.
