Hill York, a full-service commercial air conditioning company, is seeking a driven Account Manager to accelerate growth through service and maintenance agreements across commercial, industrial, and institutional markets. This hunter-focused role develops new business, expands existing accounts, and delivers profitable revenue growth while building strong client relationships.

Ideal candidates are competitive, results-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Proven ability to generate leads and close sales in a hunter role.
Experience selling service/maintenance agreements is a plus.
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel to customer sites regularly.

Responsibilities

Proactively identify, target, and secure new business through cold calling, prospecting, networking, and referrals.
Build a robust sales pipeline and manage opportunities through all stages of the sales cycle.
Maintain relationships with owners, facility managers, and management companies.
Develop strategies to engage decision makers and present solutions.
Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts to close service agreements at profit margins.
Maintain regular touchpoints for customer satisfaction and retention; address issues promptly.
Update CRM records and provide regular pipeline updates; monitor market trends.
