Qualifications

• 1+ years of construction, project coordination, project engineering, or construction administration experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with proficient MS Office use.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate commercial construction projects from startup through closeout.
• Assist Project Managers and Operations staff with daily project activities.
• Manage project submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation.
• Update and maintain project schedules.
• Coordinate material deliveries, vendors, utilities, and subcontractors.
• Maintain project records within Autodesk Construction Cloud and related systems.
• Monitor project compliance with company procedures and safety requirements.
• Track shop equipment inventory and maintenance schedules.
• Communicate effectively with field teams, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Support project reporting and administrative functions.
