• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of project management experience within commercial or retail construction.
• Solid understanding of construction methods, financial controls, and project reporting.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem solving skills with the ability to adapt in a fast paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, estimating support, bid reviews, and execution to ensure clear scope, cost control, and efficient delivery
• Manage schedules, budgets, quality, and risk from project start through completion
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to align expectations and maintain consistent communication
• Oversee site progress, safety, documentation, and change management to support overall project performance
