Job summary

PPS-HPS is seeking a Commercial Construction Project Coordinator to join a family-focused general contractor with over 16 years of growth. The role requires self-sufficiency, dedication, and a low turnover company culture; you will have your own office and support from a growing team.

Qualifications

• Experience as Commercial Construction Project Coordinator or Project Manager Assistant.
• Strong familiarity with MS Office 365 and Procore or similar software.
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in administrative and technical requirements including contract administration, change orders, submittals, purchasing, cost coding and closeout.
• Provide detailed reporting to track schedules, changes in construction, materials, manpower, and subcontractors.
• Log and track subcontractor insurance certificates, W9 forms, pay applications, lien waivers and submittals.
