Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the community to drive growth.
• Meet production targets across deposits, loans, fee income, and wealth referrals.
• Coordinate onboarding and serve as primary liaison for client onboarding with internal teams.
• Manage client relationships as a trusted advisor and provide tailored financial guidance.
• Utilize CRM to manage contacts, opportunities, and appointments; report on pipeline and revenue.
