Job summary

Endeavor Bank's Production Team Leader role in San Diego leads Relationship Managers and Portfolio Managers to grow business, manage client lifecycles, and deliver consultative banking services. The ideal candidate has deep experience in commercial banking, team development, onboarding processes, and credit qualification, and is comfortable navigating underwriting and EOS/ nCino systems

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development within the commercial banking sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• Intermediate accounting proficiency with financial statement analysis.
• Strong understanding of financial products and services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Familiarity with the local business community and market dynamics.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers and Portfolio Managers.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing team members.
• Monitor and evaluate performance; conduct EOS reviews and coaching.
• Drive strategies to increase production and meet financial goals.
• Collaborate with senior management on strategic plans.
• Oversee client lifecycle from prospecting to onboarding.
• Coordinate with Credit/Underwriting to qualify and approve loans.
• Ensure end-to-end use of nCino for loan management and reporting.
• Engage in cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and community involvement.
