• Meet production goals including deposits, loans, and fees.
• Prospect through networking and community outreach.
• Coordinate onboarding and client relationship management.
• Act as trusted advisor with financial guidance.
• Drive sales and revenue with marketing plans.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client experience.
• Prepare regular BD reports and analyze data.
• Utilize CRM to manage contacts and opportunities.
• Operate with nCino for loan management.
• Participate in EOS management and quarterly tracking.
• Maintain quarterly production tracking and reporting.
• Engage with community events and sponsorships.
