Job summary

Wesco International, Inc. is seeking an Analyst - Commercial Analytics to translate the Commercial Excellence strategy into measurable initiatives and capabilities. You will build dashboards, track performance, and support cross-functional planning to enable execution.

You will work closely with the VP of Commercial Excellence to turn data into actionable insights, oversee portfolio visibility, and help initiative leaders remove barriers that hinder progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with at least 2 years of data analysis experience.
• Experience analyzing data to identify insights and trends.
• Proficiency with relational databases (e.g., AWS, Teradata, MS SQL Server, Azure, MS Access).
• Strong Excel skills and advanced Office proficiency.
• Ability to translate data into actionable business insights.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards showing initiative health and value realization.
• Create consolidated views of initiatives, milestones, owners, and dependencies.
• Analyze performance trends to separate delivery progress from commercial impact.
• Identify off-track initiatives and propose corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on reporting and portfolio initiatives.
• Provide data-driven insights to support decision making.
