Job summary

Celestica is seeking a Manager of Commercial Analytics to develop and execute the commercial strategy, deliver advanced business analytics, and lead cross-functional initiatives that drive profitable growth. • Strategic planning, commercial management, and business case development.
• Advanced financial modeling, pricing analytics, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
• Expert PowerPoint storytelling and executive communication.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets, and data visualization capabilities.
• Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and executive presence.
• Knowledge of manufacturing, supply chain, AI infrastructure, hyperscalers, and technology services ecosystems.
• Program management with ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop commercial growth strategies, market-entry plans, and account expansion initiatives aligned with corporate objectives.
• Lead market, customer, competitor, and financial analyses to identify growth opportunities, pricing optimization, and portfolio improvements.
• Create executive dashboards, KPIs, forecasting models, and business performance reviews using BI and financial tools.
• Partner with Sales on pricing strategies, customer proposals, contract business cases, and commercial negotiations.
• Support Quarterly Business Reviews, executive steering committees, and Board-level presentations with data-driven storytelling.
• Lead cross-functional commercial programs, coordinating Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Legal, Engineering, and Sales to meet milestones.
• Monitor revenue, margin, pipeline health, backlog, inventory exposure, and profitability; recommend corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement in commercial processes, governance, reporting, and decision-making frameworks.
• Develop ROI models, scenario analyses, and investment recommendations for strategic initiatives.
• Mentor team members and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
