Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in commercial analytics, business analytics, strategy, or BI with ability to influence senior leaders.
• Proven track record Leading a commercial analytics function, establishing KPI frameworks, dashboards, and executive insights.
• Ability to translate analytical output into strategic recommendations for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the analytics strategy for Wiley Research, aligning with EVP priorities and roadmap.
• Develop and maintain KPI framework and executive dashboards across regions, teams, products, and customer segments.
• Drive data governance and a centralized view of Research performance, ensuring trusted numbers and audit-ready output.
• Partner with Finance, Publishing, Marketing, Sales, Product, and Strategy to surface cross-functional insights and influence investments.
