Job summary

Wiley Research seeks a Senior Director, Business Analytics to lead a centralized analytics agenda, partnering with EVP/GM and Research leadership to drive strategic insights and commercial performance. You’ll own analytics strategy, define KPIs, and deliver executive dashboards, ensuring governance across geographies and product lines while mentoring talent and shaping decision-ready insights.

Qualifications

12+ years of progressive experience in commercial analytics, business analytics, strategy, or business intelligence.
Experience leading or building a commercial analytics function with KPI frameworks and executive dashboards.
Ability to translate analytical output into executive decision-making across geographies and product lines.
Strong collaboration with Finance to align revenue reporting and forecasting methodologies.

Responsibilities

Define and own the analytics strategy for Wiley Research, setting priorities and roadmap.
Develop dashboards and reporting across regions, teams, products, and customer segments.
Translate complex data into clear narratives for senior audiences and board-level stakeholders.
Mentor analytics talent and drive data governance improvements across the organization.
