Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Account Executive to sell the Salesforce Customer 360 platform to up-market accounts within Manufacturing and Retail/Consumer goods.

You will manage existing relationships, drive upsell opportunities, and pursue new logos, coordinating with cross-functional teams to align strategy and deliver value. Ideal candidates have 5–10 years of full-cycle sales experience, strong presentation skills, and the ability to collaborate with large teams.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of full-cycle sales experience, with at least 3 in the field.
• Experience managing existing accounts to drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities, or focusing on new logos (Hunter role).
• Ability to deliver compelling presentations to customers.
• Ability to strategize with a large extended team.

Responsibilities

• Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned accounts.
• Develop and drive the overall long-term strategy for the account, aligned to customer business objectives.
• Coordinate internal Salesforce resources to meet customer business needs.
• Perform account planning at assigned accounts, coordinating with Prime and Cloud sales resources for alignment.
• Share Salesforce value proposition with existing and/or new customers.
• Drive growth within an existing assigned account.
