Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Commercial Account Executive in the United States to manage up-market accounts and drive long-term growth. You will build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, develop strategic plans, and coordinate cross-team resources to align with customer objectives and Salesforce offerings.

You will engage with both existing customers and new logos, leading efforts to upsell, expand, and deliver value across the Salesforce Platform.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of full cycle sales experience with at least 3 years in the field.
• Proven ability to manage existing accounts and pursue upsell/cross-sell opportunities or focus on new logos (hunter).
• Ability to craft and deliver compelling presentations to customers and executives.

Responsibilities

• Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive satisfaction at assigned accounts.
• Define and drive the long-term account strategy aligned to customer objectives.
• Coordinate internal Salesforce resources to meet customer needs.
• Conduct account planning with Prime and Cloud sales teams for strategic alignment.
• Articulate Salesforce value to existing and new customers; identify opportunities.
• Drive growth within assigned accounts through strategic initiatives.
