Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Commercial Account Executive to sell the Salesforce Customer 360 platform to mid-market and large accounts within Manufacturing, Retail and related industries. You will manage existing relationships and pursue new logos, coordinating with cross-functional teams across Prime and Cloud sales resources to ensure strategic alignment.

Qualifications

5–10 years of full-cycle sales experience, with at least 3 in the field.
Proven ability to manage existing accounts and upsell/cross-sell or focus on new logos (Hunter).
Strong presentation skills and ability to engage C-suite stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned accounts.
Develop and drive the overall long-term strategy for the account, aligned to customer business objectives.
Coordinate internal Salesforce resources to meet customer business needs.
Perform account planning at assigned accounts, coordinating with Prime and Cloud sales resources to ensure strategic alignment.
Share Salesforce value proposition for existing and/or new customers.
Drive growth within an existing assigned account.
