Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Commercial Account Executive to engage existing customers and new logos, driving value from the Salesforce Customer 360 platform. You will build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and C-suite when required.

Join a fast-paced sales environment with exposure to multiple clouds including Slack, Tableau, Marketing Cloud, and NetZero Cloud, focusing on strategic account planning, growth, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of full cycle sales experience with at least 3 years in the field.
• Proven experience managing existing accounts to upsell/cross-sell or acquiring new logos (Hunter role).
• Ability to build and deliver presentations to customers.
• Ability to strategize with a large extended team.
• Experience evaluated based on core role competencies.

Responsibilities

• Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive satisfaction at assigned accounts.
• Develop and drive long-term strategy for the account aligned to customer objectives.
• Coordinate internal Salesforce resources to meet customer needs.
• Perform account planning at assigned accounts with cross-team alignment.
• Share Salesforce value propositions for existing and new customers.
• Drive growth within an existing account.
